The DGF’s name, logo, all related products, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the DGF and its group companies. You are advised not to use them without the prior written permission of the Company.

Terms Related to Donations
Any contributions made by the donors towards any Campaign on the Website provided such donation complies with Indian law and applicable laws in the jurisdiction of the Donor. Donations made to campaigns of DGF from outside India should comply with the provisions of India’s Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 2010, as amended. According to the Act, donations cannot be made for the benefit of for election; correspondents, columnists, cartoonists, editors, owners, printers or publishers of registered newspapers; judges, government servants, or employees of any corporation.
DGF has the complete right to refuse to process donations by any Donor that include any questionable transactions. It also includes suspected collusion between the Donor and Campaigner to bring about false impressions, without limitations, mislead other Users or breach/ violate any law or further any charges imposed by issuing banks, that may breach any government policy or the law. For the above-discussed reason, DGF may return donations.
